2. Eligibility for Subscription Refund
A refund will only be granted if:
- The refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The user has not used the subscription to activate or publish any property listings on the platform.
- Subscriptions that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable.
3. Refund Procedure and Processing
- Request: Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Payment Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment source.
- Note on Wire Transfers: Refunds for payments originally made via manual wire transfer may require additional processing time and bank verification.
- Deductions: All banking fees, currency exchange costs, and external payment gateway fees incurred during the original transaction and the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Any subscription plan where a listing has been published or activated.
- Promotional or discounted subscription purchases.
- Additional services, such as featured listing placements or ad promotions.
5. Cancellations & Renewals
- Cancellations: Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current subscription period.
- Auto-Renewals: Subscriptions set to auto-renew will be charged automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
