2. Subscription Refunds
- Refunds will only be granted if a user has not used the subscription to list any properties.
- If you have used the subscription to list properties, a refund will not be issued.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days upon approval, all exchange fees incurred.
- Any banking fees or currency exchange costs associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Non-Refundable Items

- Any promotional or discounted subscriptions.
- Any additional services, such as featured listings or ad promotions.
4. Cancellations & Renewals
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
- Subscriptions set to auto-renew will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
