Our refund policy applies to subscription services for listing properties on EUProperties.net. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and only under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds will only be granted if a user has not used the subscription to list any properties.
  • If you have used the subscription to list properties, a refund will not be issued.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days upon approval, all exchange fees incurred.
  • Any banking fees or currency exchange costs associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any subscription that has been partially or fully used.
  • Any promotional or discounted subscriptions.
  • Any additional services, such as featured listings or ad promotions.

4. Cancellations & Renewals

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • Subscriptions set to auto-renew will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.
